I'm slowly working through the recipes on roostblog.com - so far Ginger cake, apple butter and upside down cranberry cakes have all been a huge hit with my chums.  The mainly low sugar, minimal dairy and gluten/grain free recipes on here are perfect for my lifestyle
I simply can't wait to try this pavlova - I'm currently avoiding processed sugarand meringue is truly one of the things I miss most.  But this pavlova is made with honey... what joy!
I also can't wait to have an occasion worthy of some cake flags like these!
